Value Proposition Creation

Using Lean Startup Methodologies and tools, I had the chance to work on defining a new proposition with a startup set up, within the company. Working in “Build, Test, Learn” sprints, with a marketing and engineer colleague, we created our own paper and digital prototypes, interviewed and co-created with consumers along the way, up to the launched of a limited edition in US in 2018.

I also developed a methodologies to get data based insights using cross platforms (google trends, google adwords, similarweb..)

I had the responsibility of creating paper and digital prototypes, organisation of co-creations with users and interview scripts, and supporting on the online testing buildup and tracking.
